Climate Toothpaste boxes are shipped flat. Your location-specific letter will be shipped in the same envelope, and you can pop open the box and put it in. 

Sorry, I can't offer refunds on Climate Toothpase boxes. However if you receive boxes that are damaged, please let me know and I will make it right.
